My good Superior

WoW~~ I really feel blessed to have a good superior!! The only problem is he smokes, so very irritating when I am in his vehicle!!

Let me share why I say he is good. =)

1. Trust
He trusted us a lot. There was once when we counted 100 dollars shorts for the collection of money when we sell photos. He never ask us to chip in to gather that $100. After which, I realized is that a pack of money, supposedly $200 has $300. That explains the loss. So I returned it. After which, he called and asked if I top it up on my own accord and say that I dun have to do so. Well, I did not. See, how much faith he has in us!! Amazing rite? It is alr rare not to point finger at one another when something happened yet he still trust us to that extend.

2. Favour
Sometimes there is nothing to do, so he brings me out to deliver pictures. =) I get to see a lot of different ppl, how to handle each different schools and how things was carried out. He does not need to bring me around as bringing me around restricts his movements. He cannot smoke in front of me and cannot just go off when he wants to. Always must ask if I am hungry, need to go toilet or etc. =P When it rains, he does the deliver as need to run in the rain. =) Well… That’s very nice of him. Anyway, I dun mind to do it also. =) Haha…

3. Welfare
He buys food for the workers in the office very frequently and pay out of his own pocket. Not all bosses do that. =)

Well, it's just God's grace that bless me with all e favours etc. :)
